AMENDMENT XVI

Passed by Congress July 2, 1909, Ratified February 3, 1913.
Note: Article I, section 9 of the Constitution was modified by the Sixteen Amendment.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on income from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

The idea of our fore-fathers to collect taxes without regard to who lives in our country is genuine because in our multi-economy some live here a-la-free and really they need to be enumerated so that they too can be part of the collecting process.

Foreigner in our country, though may not be dotted as registered so we can promote a program to identify them so they can somehow too give something to solve the economic problem of our society to keep operating.

Special dotage to be prestigious should concern the fact that we need to pull some of our own weight and the cost and benefit of society.

We stepped the rope –Rachelle giving the bouncer a so-there look—and slipped through the door behind him.

Trendy pop music blasted inside as Ron took us through the art deco-chic club and up a red carpet staircase, past plush couches surrounding the dance floor, to the upstairs VIP area, which was outfitted with ultrawhite vinyl couches and private dance flood and bar. The entire upstairs was empty except for the two of us. As we took a seat, Ron said, “Okay, girls, I’ll be right back with something to start you off.”
